Anybody heading down/over/up to Puerto Vallarta in the next couple months?
Lots of bars, beach area with palapas, music and chairs, shows and restaurants to check out.
Maybe we can get a group together for exploring the town and comparing notes. Dining taste testing is always a possibility!
We will be checking the 'cafe' dining scene during May restaurant week, actually over 2 weeks. We will visit 17 spots [care to join?] and I will take notes for my guide and possible newspaper/magazine reviews. We like at least 3 people in the party so we can try each of 3 options of the 3 courses!
I will be in town at my condo on Jacarandas:
5/15, 25 days
8/7, 11 days
10/16, 25 days
...renting out my SouthSide condo in the other times.
My new condo [to me] is on Jacarandas at Manuel Diéguez. It is a 1 br 1 ba with pool and patio. I love it dearly and cannot wait to get back there, so if you like, we can meet and have a meal or drink. Save my email and write closer to your dates!
I rarely go out after dinner. Vallarta Tribune is a good local paper. My dining guide is available at www.cafepress.com
